The first agenda that was designed was done so to have the same colours and feel as the poster that was used to promote the weekend of Knowledge Gathering.
While all of the information that was provided through email was included in the tentative agenda, there ended up being quite a few emails back and forth between the planners and coordinators of the weekend to finalize details of the document.
In the end, the document was revamped to be a little more reader friendly, have a better ‘timeline flow’, take out irrelevant information, and include a statement that informed people coming to the university about the ground penetrating radar and forensic search that is currently underway on site. Blue Quills University was once a government run residential school, so a search of the grounds is a very ‘real life’ situation that participants are walking into. The QR Code provided takes people interested to the report that BQU released in regards to their first sweep of the land.
